| An out-of-pocket endeavor begun in 1999 with the aim to help those animals that I could help, recognizing I cannot save them all. Goals are to form a facility and hopefully eventually grow into more pursuits, such as maintaining an interactive database for lost and found pets, a functional and affordable spay/nueter program, ID chipping and database, educating the public, pursuing ENFORCED laws and statutes to hold individuals responsible for their actions, a retirement home for dogs that have lost their family to death or disability or some other cause and more.
